Bruckner is the Hollywood California native born to a Hungarian and Russian father, who separated from their mother earlier in life and was a child of a German paternal grandparent. The couple came together in Hungary and moved from Hungary to U.S. in 1984 through an asylum camp in Italy. The siblings of her are three sisters and a brother.
